Loaded Baked Potato Soup

1 bag frozen hash browns (I used the kind with peppers)
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 clove/tsp. minced garlic
A few shakes each of black pepper and seasoning salt
Cook on low in crock-pot for 6 hours; one hour before serving add 3 slices crumbled bacon and 1 pkg. cream cheese. Serve with sour cream, cheese, green onion, or other garnishes. Enjoy!
